Mark F. Rockefeller
Chairman of the Board

Mark Rockefeller is an investor and entrepreneur with significant experience building, financing and managing both large and small business ventures. Prior to developing an independent business career, he was an associate in the Acquisition Finance Group at Chase Securities and a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. Mr. Rockefeller spent the last two years building a retail/resort business in Idaho. He serves on the board of directors of Rockefeller Financial Services, a full service financial management company, and Venrock, Inc., a venture capital company that provides financing for start-up technology companies. Mr. Rockefeller holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Brad D. Barton
Chief Executive Officer

Brad Barton is a Board Member and the Chief Executive Officer of Sponsor Direct overseeing all aspects of the Company. With more than twenty years of management experience in financial services, accounting, management consulting, human resources and publishing, Mr. Barton brings a host of experiences to Sponsor Direct. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Barton was the Chief Operating Officer of Sponsor Direct responsible for the day to day operations and financial management of the business. Before starting his own consulting company specializing in management strategy and business plan writing, Mr. Barton served as Partner and Chief Administration Officer for Ray & Berndtson, a global recruiting and management consulting firm with offices in more than 50 countries. While at Ray & Berndston, Mr. Barton led a team that was responsible for all financial, treasury and accounting activities. Prior to Ray & Berndtson, Mr. Barton was Chief Administrative Officer at the Directorship Search Group; a global consulting firm specializing in senior executive and director search, corporate governance and publishing. His career began by holding senior management positions at Liberty Brokerage Investment Corp., an inter-dealer broker with over $500 million in annual revenues. Mr. Barton earned a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University. As an undergraduate at the University of Michigan, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Psychology. He resides with his family in Bedford, New York.

Jeffrey Skelly
Information Technology Manager

Jeff Skelly has over ten years of experience designing and developing web applications – seven of those years at Sponsor Direct. During his career at Sponsor Direct, Jeff has worked as a web producer, interface designer and project manager. In his current role as Information Technology Manager, Jeff manages IT operations and application development, while managing a staff of experienced developers. Jeff's role at Sponsor Direct ensures efficient and error-free development and deployment of all of Sponsor Direct's solutions.

Prior to joining Sponsor Direct, Jeff worked as a developer for Prodigy Internet where he was responsible for maintaining and updating Prodigy’s web presence for its six million dial-up subscribers. He also co-designed Prodigy DSL, one of the first portals in the marketplace to deliver an interactive broadband experience.

Jeff lives in New York's Mid-Hudson Valley with his wife and four children.

Michele Mosa
Director of Client Services

Michele Mosa has over 10 years experience partnering with clients to develop technology solutions that improve their efficiency and effectiveness. As the Director of Client Services at Sponsor Direct, Michele is passionate about delivering quality products and services to all clients. Prior to her time at Sponsor Direct, Michele worked at Hewitt Associates, an HR technology and administration outsourcing firm. While at Hewitt, Michele’s experiences included quality assurance, business analysis, process management, and IT project management. Michele is a MBA candidate from the NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Management of Technology and Operations, and Marketing. Michele graduated cum laude from Union College with a BA in Economics and Classical Art, Language and Civilizations.

Marc Potvin
Senior Strategic Software Architect (SSSA)

Marc Potvin joined Sponsor Direct in 2008 and is the visionary and lead architect for PropertyPort, our asset inventory and proposal management system. For over 10 years, Marc has worked in software design and architecture in a variety of environments. While his main focus is in web applications, Marc has built applications ranging from embedded solutions to game software. His specialty is incorporating business and process flow into easy to use and high value applications.

Prior to joining Sponsor Direct, Marc founded Taskland.com which provides an enterprise level project management SaaS solution to clients all over the world.

Marc has a double major from Western Michigan University in Physics and Computer Science. While at Western, Marc was an Academic All American in soccer. When Marc is not developing new applications and features to help our clients save time and money, you can surely find him out on the field in a pickup game of soccer.
